Cancellation Policy

Our company’s cancellation policy allows customers to cancel an order before it is dispatched. However, once an order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible. In such a scenario, customers may choose to reject the order at the doorstep.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to the seller cancelling the order, prepaid orders will be refunded in full. However, it’s important to note that Ogolgo reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request.
